Educational centre of personality development "Way to success" of NSTU was established for improvement of educational work at the university, creation of conditions for maximum satisfaction of students' needs in intellectual, cultural and moral development, providing teaching staff of the university with opportunity of realization of their subject courses, which are not included into educational process, but help students to adapt to university environment, discover creative abilities, to liberalize.

Our centre provides students with opportunities of bringing their creative potential to light, of discovering students' organizational skills, promotes development of social activity and students' initiative.
